Today the pirates plundered Eureka California. We rode The Unknown Coast Century, and only 2 of us did the entire 100 miles...the rest of us were on out own quest for victory. I've done this ride a few times before and I have always gone on and on about how beautiful and difficult ride it is...so I won't really bore you with all the amazing details of the ride, except...that it was very beautiful and very difficult. The unfortunate thing going on is I have a knee injury going on...yeah every time the road goes steep my knee starts bugging me. I totally know it's the baby weight, and now I have a plan...stay tuned for my brilliant plan to lose the baby weight...it's going to be awesome. As for riding, tomorrow is our easy day we have a 30 miles ride in beautiful Sonoma County...will post pictures soon.

Arrg, matey...too bad about the knee. I can't imagine that you still have baby weight, you look great. Give your self some time, he's not even 1 yet.

Ellie if we were to go technical I would say IT Band...but we are going emotional.
